Inbar Fund operates under the auspices of the Israel Intelligence' Heritage & Commemoration Center - IICC , and is supervised by a steering committee.

To fund its activities, it relies on donations collected in Israel and abroad. The IICC is approved under Section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance, Israel (approval no. 580014654), and donations are therefore tax deductible.
